Live music in Colombia?

looking to find out how often you hear live music..concerts in the park, malls, nighclubs, rehearsals in peoples' homes. I had been thinking of relocating to Puerto Rico (I am currently near LA) but visited there and see mostly DJs and a few musicians playing along with "tracks". All the great bands from PR are touring in South America! I am mainly interested in salsa and jazz but info on any live music would be very helpful. thanks much!
