University diploma - translation?

Hello, I'm from the Czech republic and I'm planning to apply for the a job in Colombia (maybe also in other countries of Latin America)
I have masters degree in the electronics. The university diploma is written in English. The question is if the companies will accept it as a proof of achieved education?
Or do I need any official Spanish translation? Any ideas or thoughts?
