Moving to Medellín

Hello,

I am planning on moving to Medellín sometime during February to teach English. I have a TEFL certificate and a university degree, but have had a hard time securing a job prior to moving.

Does anyone have any tips/feedback about finding teaching jobs before/when I get there, where to look, etc.?

I will also be looking to rent an apartment when I get there and would also appreciate any feedback about that as well.
