LOOKING FOR ONE PARTNER FOR NEW BUSINESS

I own a property on the countryside of Bogota, It´s very near to the best residential zone of northern Bogota, at a 20 minute car ride (30 by public transport), starting at 83rd St with 7th avenue on the highway from Bogota to La Calera. The access to the property is paved and entrance is ½ block from the highway, we have a fence on all the exterior limits and share private parking zone, terraces, BBQ, open green areas with gardens and native woods surrounded by mountains, views to San Rafael's damn, clear nights with millions of stars, pure crystal air, security, privacy and tranquility. At walking distance there is access to public transportation, small food markets, several mountain bars and restaurants, horseback riding, 4x4 rentals, wall claiming, and nature strolls. At 10 minutes, by public transport / 5 by private car: Golf course, hangliding, supermarkets, banks, ATM machines, church.

The property has 5 spaces that need to be remodel and refurnished to attend a maximum of 10 VIP old folks. In that order of ideas, I need a partner with a capital of between USD$50k to $80K and availability of time to coadminister. The projected gross income per month is USD $22.500
