Two Immediate Job Openings for Top Professionals

Hola a todos.
We are working our residency through the (old) foreign direct investment program, by starting a SAS, and making sales.
We have two immediate openings. One is for a Business Activities Supervisor (business manager) who can help us make money in agriculture, real estate sales, advertising and publicity, etc.
The second opening is for a specialist skilled in KNF or JADAM (or other comparable commercial agricutural organic gardening systems).
Both openings are immediate.
We need a full resumé with all applicable job and life experience.
Does anyone perhaps know where we might advertise or otherwise look for such professionals here in Colombia?
