Help Navigating Moto purchase, RUNT and SOAT

Greetings from Florida
I plan to fly into Medellin middle or late May 2023 and buy a new motorcycle from a dealer
My Spanish is poor and I'd like to hire somebody that can help me navigate the process along the way.
I believe I understand what is needed, but need somebody to translate
I'm thinking this will take a 1/2 to full day
The moto dealer is in Laureles
Can you refer me to some people that could help?
