Quci Question for you astute gents/wents

Hey everyone,

Not sure if you can answer this Elex but I cam back in July after being in Colombia since December. I got Covid (I still say it was a cold but the "test" said otherwise) and overstayed. I never left the country including the 17 days in December so technically I am at 191 consecutive days. I did get a 90 day extension after the original 90.

My significant other (Colombiana who seems to have all the answers..lol) has said that I can still enter the country and that I dont have to wait 6 months to re-enter. She says she has never heard of having to wait.....but why would she!

Our sons 2nd birthday is this week and I was planning on going down there but now am a little worried as from what I am gathering....I cant! Migracion said I would be getting an email with the appropriate overstay fine but I have not received that and we are now going on 10 weeks since my departure.

Can someone give me the correct info as I would hate to get down there and be denied entry or worse. I mean..can it really be worse than a Turkish prison anyway?? LOL
