Davivienda y TD Bank (US)

Update: For anybody interested. TD Bank says: "no problems, must be at your end". Banco Davienda: same,same.
TD Bank send me two new cards. worked tor two days, but only for 2 million pesos for each of my acconts. One time, however, got 3 million on one card (Not 4 million max as Davidenda says is normal). Third day today... Tried both cards in 5 different cajeros, two different locations, Nothing, either card. Called TD Bank: "We do not see you tried to use your cards tody". So, my wife wnet to contact in central (Davivienda), they trid to be helpfu, called Bogota. Everybody says, do not understand. Now the ultimate crazy.... Wife with bank teller goes outside to ATM machine. Both Cards work , but for only 2 million, nothing more. Sorry, If I confused anyone reading this. Joe
