Large Sum Transfer

Hi All, Close to making an offer on an apartment here in Colombia and wanted to see the best way to transfer funds for cash purchase? I have heard that Remitly is best suited for smaller transfers and a company called Alianza for large sums? Has anybody used them or how did you move and convert large sums?
I do have a Scwaab brokerage and Bank of Colombia savings account.
