2 Factor Authentications with banks in the US to a a Phone Number in Colombia

My US bank where I receive my Social Security deposits is now requesting that I use this type of security verification.
Does anyone have suggestions of how to fix this issue of receiving a security code on a telephone with a Colombian telephone number?
