Hoping for 100% LEGAL advice

Hello. Admin likes to remove my posts without any explanation or comment. It seems hard to understand the reason for this.
We try to be 100% LEGAL in all we do.
We are ABSOLUTELY NOT interested in anything that is not LEGAL, moral, or ethical.
I am seeking advice to know if something is LEGAL (and I do not see how it is amoral to inquire if something is legal).
The issue is, we had to let an employee go 2-3 months ago, because his performance was bad. Now (three months later) he is threatening a lawsuit, claiming that he injured his back on the job three months ago (and that it is only coming out now).
We want to be fair, but we do not see how his claim is possible, since he rode away on his motorcycle (and was in good health) when we let him go.
My question is, earlier someone posted on the forum that some Colombians will form a Panamanian corporation to protect their assets from frivolous lawsuits. Is this LEGAL to do? And if so, does anyone know how would I inquire about this (as we are not happy about being unfairly targeted by ex-employees who were let go).
Also, if it is NOT legal, then please can someone please indicate that, without admin removing my post without any kind of explanation or comment?
Thank you.
