No Visas Fit me :(

Ealy in the process and hit a roadblock when researching visa options.

I'm 56 and will be selling my house in the US in about 6 months. I should walk away with about 150K. I had wanted to buy a place in Colombia for around 75K, and then live off the additional 75K until social security and my 401-KS kick in at 62. Is there any option to show a healthy bank balance instead of the monthly income for visa purposes?
