I'm biting the bullet and getting my colombian drivers license. We asked around and found a parent in our scout pack that runs a license shop. Gave us a great rate. Did all the paperwork, runt etc. I just have to log my fingerprint in and out for the 32 classroom instruction hours. A bit of a pain but at least it's only 5 minutes away. Just sharing as an Fyi. If anyone in Pasto want the info, I can pass it along.
