Starlink

Hola a todos. Our local ISP keeps going down, and they blame everything on their provider (which may or may not be true). We cannot afford drops when we stream live, so we ordered Starlink, and a router to hook the local ISP and Starlink together. (I am not sure of the procedure.) Has anyone received a Starlink kit? And do they assemble and install? Or do we have to assemble and install? Thanks.
