Davivienda Fraud

I had read some experiences here about ATMs that issue no money but yet debit your account.
Finally it happened to me yesterday.
I used a Davivienda ATM in Medellin and asked for 520,000 pesos, a standard withdrawal.
I have made this transaction quite a few times previously.
When I checked my account (a European bank) I find I am debited almost 120 euros.
I am in a fight now to get it put right, not too optimistic.
