Estrata 3-4 locations

Hi,

I've heard about the numbered neighborhoods in Colombia. I'm mainly looking for a middle class neighborhood not in the city but in the suburbs close to nature and hiking. I'm in search of an apartment, unfurnished in estrata 3 or 4. Is there an apartment building with a 25-50 meters pool out there somewhere in Manizales?

I've heard about "La Franca" neighborhood and also the "Lusitania" sector. Does anyone out there know about these two neighborhoods? And, what kind of rent I would be expected to pay for a one/two unfurnished bedrooms?
