Help! Visa & Cedula Renewal

This is my situation.
19 Años living in Colombia in the Cali, Valle de Cauca area
Entered Colombia in 2005
Marrried Colombian wife more or less in 2008 (later divorced)
Renewed Residency 3 times in Migration without an appointment
My last visa expired in 2019
Currently living with Colombian wife (Union Libre) for 8 years
Normally renew visa when the cedula is nearing its expiration date
This year (2024) not able to enter Migration for the first time without an appointment
Appointments are very difficult for me to obtain because the third parties employ staff to soak up all of the available appointments

Do the rest of you have any advice?

Does anyone know of a reputable and cost effective business that might be able to help me?

I am 74 years old living only on U.S. Social Security and I would really appreciate your help.
