Does Mustard exist again yet??

Sorry I tried to do a search but the search engine bombed out. About a year ago there was a Mustard Crisis (i.e., there was no mustard). Has mustard been restored in country for affordable numbers? Simple Truth Organic Dijon is $2.50 a bottle (12 oz) on Vitacost but with shipping it pushes it to $7.50 a bottle. I look on Mercado Libre and it is $10 a bottle (maybe plus shipping). Is there anywhere to get good clean dijon on a budget? Thanks. (I am used to paying $2.50 a bottle, and I fairly choke on $10 a bottle...). Gracias.
