Colombian inflation not 5 or 6%

I dont believe DANEs published number of 5 or 6%. I have been noticing prices for food, hotels, food, restaurants, health care, services, going up 10% minimum, normally 15%, 20% sometimes 30%. Only once have I seen 5% for imported contact lenses, from Europe and without a significant drop in the value of the peso vs Euro.

Wonder what others observations are?

Government agencies are typically notorious for under estimating inflation. It apears to be worse that way in Colombia
