Insulin

This message is for any diabetics living in Colombia. Has anyone encountered shortages of insulin? I take Lantus with NovoRapid and can't find them anywhere. It may be because I'm living in a rural area. But my wife says she can't even find it in Bogota. Anyone having success in finding it? Gracias
