Good afternoon,
On a previous post SMKIAT wrote that his Colombian wife obtained Public and Private Insurance before they moved to Colombia.

Is it possible to sign up for health insurance as a Colombian citizen when you do not live in Colombia and are not a resident? If so, how do you do that.
