Healthcare options / remote work in Corozal

Is it easier to maintain US insurance? Global insurance? Pay out of pocket? Private insurance in Belize?

I would be interested in working remotely (currently work remotely in the US, but no international options at my current company). RN, business, hospital administration experience- ideas for where to look for US remote jobs that I am allowed to do in Belize?

We have the option to buy and live on savings as well, but I would like to work for 5-10 more years after relocation.
