need to rent a room near Pavas or Andalucia or Parque de Diversiones

I'll be coming to CR. to have some dental work. I already have my flight reservation for Oct. 1st., and I intend to stay X 1 month. One bed w/ private bathroom, a house w/ garden, not an apartment. My main concern is that I don't want to end up with alcoholics and/or heavy smokers, or with someone who doesn't smoke nor drink, but will expect me to pay for her car gas, her electric, her food, her water, and just about all her expenses. I stayed with the alcoholics for about 2 weeks, and ended up having to call the police on them, three times. As for the rest of my stay, I stayed with a woman who felt I was either her husband, or her mother. She would get so angry after a while, because I refused to continue supporting her, after three weeks. I don't want to rent a room from people who fall under either of the two categories mentioned above. I will pay for the use of the room and bathroom, and I need to be extended kitchen and fridge privileges. I also need someone who will respect my things in the bedroom, bathroom, and fridge. You cannot consume the food I purchase for myself. I also need for you to have enough money for yourselves. You cannot expect me to spend a hundred dollars worth of food and things for your home, leading me to believe that you will pay me back, yet, never doing so. You can't expect me to pay the restaurant bill everytime we go to a restaurant. You also can't expect me to pay for your groceries, just because I happen to be with you at the grocery store. All these things happened to me, while I stayed with a woman named Michelle, who lives in Paco, Escazu. I also need a real bed, not a bed that is made of 4 bricks with pieces of wood that are falling apart. I ended up spending close to $800.00 with this woman. This time around, I am only able to pay $250.00 USD for the room, and a bathroom inside the bedroom. Does anyone know of someone who will fit this criteria? Many blessings to all, Godsangelsoverme
