Looking to spend a month in Costa Rica

Hello,

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ( 6 year old and 2 year old)) - we are looking to spend a month or more in Costa Rica in January 2019. This will be our first time and we are looking to come for a month or so before thinking about a permanent move.

We need a rental property (furnished) in a safe community where we can enjoy as a family. We are interested in areas
by Liberia or San Jose as we will be using one of those 2 airports to arrive.

We haven't bought our tickets yet so we are flexible in where we rent a place.

Since we do not want to rent a car for the whole time of the month – Our priority is to stay near, close or on the beach. Walking distance to at least one big grocery store or town if possible.

We do not know who to get in touch with locally or anyone who can help us zero in on a property.

Anyone with any information – please help us!

Things we need:

Advise on the location (i.e, where it is safe to stay with kids (Families oriented area)) and near beach and grocery store.

Someone who can help us find a property or any local websites. ( We do not wanna go through homeaway - on a budget with kids)

Looking forward to hearing some great tips and advices.

Thank you so much,

The M Family!
