Family of 6 relocating in june

Hello. My family has just returned from two weeks in CR and enjoyed a beautiful stay in Uvita. We have decided we want to buy a home and live PT or possible relocate for a couple of years and then live between CR and our home in Southern California. Our children are 3, 5, 9 and 9. My husband is fluent in a Spanish and I am pretty decent as Inlives in Spain for a year during college and have a B.A. in Spanish,Literature.

We are scared to jump in 100% so thought we could lease our in in San Juan Capistrano and relocate for a year or two while we build our property down there. Maybe bounce back living between both CR and U.S, or just bite the bullet and commit to a year while we build our rental real estate as we have an opportunity to build on some
Land right. Is in Omaya Junquillal. Either to sell what we build to cover cost of moving to Nosara or Uvita for our own home base, or keep the Junquillal property and live and rent it out to vacationers as excellent income property, likely appealing to those who love to surf and want to visit that area due to learning more about the leather back sea turtles.

We have an opportuny to build on some land in Junquillal right now that is owned by a Costa Rican who has it listed for sale and are seriously considering constructing three to five vacation rental homes or condos on this property with a shared pool. Then would use these as vacation rentals to produce income, or sell them to help buy more land in an area we wish to ultimately settle down with the kids - debating between Nosara and Uvita. .

Very interested in visiting Nosara as it is near the Junquillal area and might work as our home base even while we build the vacation real estate development - and has great schools for our children. Problem is, haven’t been to Nosara so will need to fly down this fall to check it out.

Second income would be launch the first Hardourts real estate office in S. America. My husband currently in a partner running he Harcourts USA office in Aliso Viejo, Southern CA and specializing in their auction sales program. opennand office and practice real estate for alternative source of income. .

We just returned from Uvita these last two weeks and absolutely fell in LOVE with a Uvita

Questions

Any differencebetwren schools for children between Nosara and
Uvita.

Planning to visit Nosara this fall in November to look at the area as well and visit the land we are seriously considering building our real estate rental property on in Junquillal. Hoping to find a rental to accommodate our family while we visit in November?

Also need a rental for the month of June when we plan to return for the summer, or launch our 1-2 year relocation while we construct the income property and live and send
Our kids to school.

Please share any suggestions on the areas we are consisdering to move to, and looking for any and ALL helpful advice.

Anyone familiar or in Juniquillal area that we can speak to?

We are in the research phase and have given ourselves the deadline of June to move for (at least) a month - or take the plunge for a year or two. Need to start the process of preparing ourselves for the move and setting up the plan so we can build the property in Junquillal that will
Uktetly help support us financially when we settle into our new CR home
In Nosara or Uvita.
