Free Tours To Grand View

To Tim at Earth2056--for the life of me I can't seem to connect on this forum to your PM for my book so please just send me a PM that includes your email so I can send an ecopy to you. Tours--you mentioned wanting to visit next year and we are starting our schedule for our free tours end of Jan and starting the beginning of Feb. We have the only really free tour I am aware of. I see Bellazo always advertising in Costa Rica Star for a free tour but guess what? If you DONT take the tour they will give your 1k deposit back. But if you DO take the tour they keep your deposit! I asked the Costa Rica Star how they can keep advertising a "free" tour when they keep your money! The almighty colone is king--they keep the advertisement on their front page every day regardless of it being less than honest. I have been in the country and doing business for many years and hate the shyster habits that make all of us honest developers look bad. I do ask for a 1k deposit because I have had too many folks have me set aside 4 days for them and they don't show up. When you put a deposit down you get it all returned after you take the tour-- no matter if you invest or not-but you must take the tour----if you decide Costa Rica is not for you you get the money back and if you decide to invest you can use that as part of your investment. We have a 100% upstanding reputation over these years with zero negativity. I am very happy with that and always attempt to under promise and over deliver on our tours and our project. We understand Costa Rica is not for everyone but once you take a tour you will have a good instinct if it is for you or not. Having sold 90+ lots out of 121 we have enjoyed great success and look forward to completing the project soon. Anyone interested in a tour just PM me your email and I will send an info pack.
