Areas in Costa Rica suitable for people sensitive to electromagnetic radiation

I am posting to find like-minded people in Costa Rica sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. I am seeking information on the most promising regions within Costa Rica, far away from EMF now and hopefully into the future, wondering where to look for property, to build a probably off-grid sustainable home. Because we are seeking a large property, remote, it would be great to receive information also about the average prices per hectare for land in different areas.
If anybody knows a Costa Rican expert on the development of telecommunications across the country, please help us get in touch with them.

To put this request for information into context, I'll give more background for those of you who would like to read it.

We have been in Central America for the last year, after leaving the UK for good in May 2021, trying to buy property where we can build a new, fairly self-sufficient home. We have special requirements, because a couple of years ago we found out that my wife’s long-standing quite debilitating symptoms and health problems had a very simple but ubiquitous reason: she is sensitive to electromagnetic radiation and to some extent to some forms of electricity. Her body responds to exposure within 15 to 30 minutes, starting with numbness and pain which can escalate after many hours all the way to serious neuralgia (or with daily 24/7 exposure, the way we used to live in the UK, even to occasional migraines and fainting).
We first came to Belize last year, and we managed to find a remote radiation-free place to live where she miraculously recovered. We put down some roots in Belize, and made good connections, but for the last few weeks have been in Panama to search for property. We found that Panama seems too developed in terms of telecommunications and technology, and my wife got fairly irradiated. We are now travelling back via Costa Rica, and are seeking your help in finding like-minded people and areas in the country that are most promising for buying a large - probably remore - property that will provide some likely protection. It would also be useful to hear about average prices for land in various regions.

These are our preferences and requirements for the kind of property we are looking for:
• an area without mobile signal or only minimal mobile signal in some places
• for reasons of protection from radiation now and into the future, we prefer a large piece of land with forests, valleys and hills (some of them can be steep)
• a secluded location as far away as possible from mobile masts or cellular towers, wireless internet technology, public Wi-Fi hot-spots, Wi-Max antennas, wireless access points for satellite connections; also away from high voltage power lines and pylons; fibre-optic internet is no problem, as the cables provide a radiation-free connection (the problem is what people put at the end of it, ie. Wi-Fi routers)
• out of range of any radar stations (civilian and especially military)
• no close neighbours who may be using wireless devices, or have a satellite connection, or Wi-Max
• no foreseeable plans for the construction of mobile masts or other telecommunications infrastructure in the area
