Hi, my name is Tim. I love a tropical environment, the beach, kayaking, photography and big game fishing. I can't think of a better place to retire. I live alone but stay very active with wildlife photography and water activities. I plan to live a moderately comfortable life taking full advantage of the sites and activities available in the Quepos, Costa Rica area. I am planning to move from the Central Coast California sometime mid-2025 and still gathering information in this area vs other areas along the Pacific Coast Line. I have a three-bedroom home to sell, lots of furniture and two autos. Any information whether buying vs renting a resident, bringing furniture vs buying new or even finding a furnished residence would be greatly appreciated. Is bringing a vehicle practical? What is the average cost of living for one person in this area and what does that include? Thank you...
