customs medications

Hello,
My wife and I are planning to take a 12 day vacation to Thailand. We are U.S. expats living in Costa Rica, many of our medicines are over the counter but are considered prescription medications in most other country's. Therefore they are not in bottles with labels, just in boxes. I was wondering if taking these medications into Thailand is allowed.
We have a prescription for Alprazolam but not Gabapentin, Hydrochlorothiazide, Lorestan and lidocaine patches.
Can anyone give me advice on what Thailand allows?
