Hello,
I see that nobody is allowed to own a bricks & mortar business in Costa Rica unless you are a native or have permanent residency...for an expat of over 5 years or so.
OK what about a home based business model? I have one here in the U.S.A. that is can be operated online from CR and there are other investment and virtual biz opps I am working on.
That being said, what are the RESTRICTIONS if any...on that sort of business model being run and executed VIRTUALLY and with money deposited in U.S. Bank Accounts then Transferred to a CR and other offshore banks etc?
What about gains made vis a vi Bitcoin and the holding of other assets?
It would be great to find a business oriented lawyer to keep me out of trouble....
Thanks!
