We are considering moving to Costa Rica. And good suggestions would be helpful. We want the cost of living to be lowand it is also necessary for us to be close to the best health care. I looked at private insurance and discovered that it would cost me about $1200 a month. That erases the cost of living savings. Any suggestions?
