Losing US Residency

I have been living in Costa Rica more than in Florida US. I no longer have property in Florida or anywhere in the US. So I guess legally I need to give up my Florida residency. I will not give up my US citizenship. I have not gone for residency in Costa Rica at this time. Almost all of my finances are in US accounts. Has anyone had any issues of maintaining US bank accounts, IRAs included after losing residency in the US?
