Finding a Long term rental

Hello all, just a note to tell renters to be aware of some pitfalls when renting long term that can add to the cost. Alot of propertys do not have furniture,a pool, a/c,crockery, linen,towels,tv,dvd,cooking utentials OR curtains, We looked for three weeks, & were lucky to find an owner who has 3 propertys which has all of the above, all brand new, we took ours for 6 months as they where still furnishing it!
