RELOCATING , HELP ADVICE URGENTLY NEEDED

Hi we are looking to move to Cyprus in the very near future, BUT I seem to have hit a brick wall at the moment, I run a very successful soccer school in the UK, but I am looking to start up a soccer Academy / School in Cyprus, but I dont really know where to start (in terms of getting the ball rolling), there seems so much to do, and its extra hard as we are still living over here in the UK, can anybody tell us if it can be set up from here (UK), and if so do you know of a direct contact or web site that we can use to help, many thanks in advance
