is moving the right thing

Hi guys,
Im a guy in my 40's living in the UK and I an thinking of moving to Cyprus around March 2018.
I am thinking the Paphos region and will be looking to rent a villa with private pool and have a budget of around 800 Euros a month.
I was wondering if anybody could advise me on any pitfalls as well as any positives so I have a balanced opinion.
I am a retail Manager and will probably want to work part time.
I need around 650 euros a month as I have a small income so any advice on this is greatly appreciated too.
If anybody can tell me what I can expect cost wise for monthly utilities it would be appreciated.
I was thinking of shipping my car too so would I need to re register it on to Cypriot plates and is insurance reasonable?
Sorry for the long post but the more information I have the better informed I am.
Many thanks in advance

Mark
