September in Prague

My wife and I are looking for an apartment in Prague for the month of September of this year.
We don't have to be in the center of everything but within reasonable walking distance is ok. New Town, Praha2, even Praha 3 or Praha 5 (if it's close to the river).
We prefer to be on a lower floor and will need a washer/dryer.
