Are there any TEFL teachers here?

I am thinking of expanding on my TEFL qualification that I did years ago so I can teach english as a private teacher, has anyone had success with this? There is an international department at a nearby school where students with an appropriate working use of english can do half their qualifications in english so I believe there will be a market for private tuition. I have no clue where to start at the moment in regards to what to charge and if I should go to the students or if they will come to me etc. I am home with my daughter for another year so I have plenty of time for planning but was hoping I could maybe chat to someone who teaches english to young learners.
