Applying to university for european citizens

Hi! We are a Spanish family with a teenager daughter who would like to go to a public university in Denmark. Besides having her diploma of "bachiller" in Spain (2 years course before achieving mandatory secondary school diploma, which allows to go to university in Spain) and having a C1 English diploma, are their any additional requirements she will need to meet to apply for a bachelor course in English in a Danish public university? For example, are their any exams that have to be passed in Denmark to be accepted as a public university student, such us we have in Spain? Finaly, she wants to become an architecture, so your recommendations for initial university courses in English in this area are appreciated. Thank you so much!
