Looking to buy a house... Which neighbourhoods fit what we're looking for?

We have lived for short stays in the city of Pereira, and in La Graminea (countryside). The city is close to the action, markets, services, gyms and restaurants. The countryside was idyllic, slow-paced and stunningly beautiful- we often took bike rides and sought waterfalls and hikes. We liked all those things and are looking for the area that has the best of both worlds- somewhere that is surrounded by nature, views, space to breath and explore, while not too far from fresh food markets, some restaurants and services like transport and fitness centres.

We're looking to buy - where would you point us to?
