BEWARE! Azul Pacifico development!

There is another group of hustlers starting a development near Salinas called 'Azul Pacifico' This is a very bad project and is undercapitalized. They want to build a 300+ condo development on a tiny beach near Salinas with 50 acres of land. Not only an absurd idea this will be bad for the local infastructur with the demand for water this will make. I can smell the greed in this with them wanting people to invest in the project as well. Ecuador is for ecology, and anyone that knows Ecuador can tell you that the beaches are nothing to get excited about. Stay away from this!
