Rooms for rent in Quito?

I'm a volunteer who will be living in Quito from mid-June until the end of August, and I'm looking for a basic room to rent (probably for two months, from June 21st to August 21st or so). Anyone have temporary housing available? I'd like access to cooking facilities, and laundry would be ideal but not essential. I'm hoping to pay $100 a month or less, and am flexible on neighborhoods (though the closer to Parque La Carolina the better).

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
