Guitar makers and lessons in Cuenca

Hello everyone. I intend to buy a classical guitar when I move to Cuenca, and have heard that there are some skilled guitar makers there and in nearby San Bartolome. I am wondering if anyone can provide me with the address of any guitar shops that they know of. It is hard to find any info online. I have heard of a luthier named Juan Uyaguari who works in Cuenca, but can't find anything on how to contact him. I am also wondering if anyone has any ideas as to where I can take classical lessons. I have been playing guitar for years but have never learned to read music or anything. I would probably need a teacher who can also speak some English as my Spanish is just so-so. Thanks for any tips you can provide!
