Need Bus Schedule & Cuenca Advice

Hi,
I am coming to Ecuador to check out Cuenca and I need to get my hands on a bus schedule. I will need to take the bus from either either GYE or Quito airport to Cuence. Can anyone email me the bus schedule or direct me to a sight where one is avalible?
Also, does anyone have advice on what shipping company to use. We would like to ship our shipping container into Cuenca.
Also if anyone knows of a lawyer and/ or a Real Estate Agent that speak English in Cuenca, please let me know.
Does anyone have a hotel recomendation in Cuenca as Well. I would like to spend around $20 per night.
