John, Sushi (our Chihuahua) and I arrive in Guayaquil on Monday evening. We plan to either fly or take the bus over to Cuenca on Monday. Really looking forward to seeing the country and learning, first hand, if this is a place for us.
I have learned a tremdendous amount from the many knowledgeable posters here on the Forum and hope to meet some of you in person.
I have a few more questions, please...
1. Does anyone know of a pet friendly short term rental in Cuenca (for roughly 7 weeks)?
2. Can we bring our Chihuahua on the domestic airline between Guayaquil and Cuenca and between Cuenca and Quito or are we only able to bring her on a bus or via a van?
We are planning to attend the Friday evening get-together at Eucalyptus and look forward to meeting many of the other Ex-Pats there.
My husband is from Swaziland and is thrilled to see some South Africans living throughout Ecuador.
