I got my 12IX, need quito hotel with airport pickup and excess baggage charge on Tame?

I'm coming down nite of march 2nd then connecting to Cuenca on the 3rd. I'm hoping to find a hostal(?) that will have someone waiting for me with a sign to help with my luggage that I'm still doing the math on whether it is cheaper to ship or pay the airlines charges for extras.(Last
time down my 2 bags were free on Avianca but Tame charged me $23 extra) Anybody know what Tame charges for a whole extra bag? USPS
is $50 for 20 lbs, Continental is $25 for a 2nd bag and $50+ for 3rd.
Next I'll need a visa/real estate lawyer. I will be buying a property from a retired friend, giving him legal right of occupancy and using that for my cedula/visa. A business lawyer would be next, looking at getting some trees in the ground both lit and figrtvly. The first thing I'd like to do is get a book
translated into spanish that has great ideas for bioremediation for oil drilling and mining areas.
BEFORE someone suggests it, I have "searched" the forum, I either get too
