anyone living in or familiar with Yunguilla?

We are on our way to Ecuador in June (yipee!!) and would like to look around in Yunguilla as it sound like an ideal place to live if you want a house with a large garden (y una piscina!). Any advice, info or suggestions would be much appreciated.
