I tried to find Suspirar's post to reply on that thread, but I must admit I have a terrible time trying to find things on this forum. Although I clicked on "reply" to his thread I did not land on a page where it was visible. Thus this new thread.
I went to Google's German language page and typed the name in in German, as well as Hamburg. Pages popped up in German telling about a recent conference in Hamburg dealing with sewage water, but nothing there regarding drinking water. However, a reference was made to an international organization headquartered in London. The official name is International Water Association. They have a couple sites, www.iwahg.org and www.iwapublishing.com
I personally didn't have time to pursue this further now, but suspect very much this is the organization referenced and someone with more time can probably find the info on Cuenca.
