Please help!

We are going to be Cuenca for 1 month beginning May 21, 2010. We are needing advice as to where to stay. We do not speak spanish and coming to Cuenca to experience the life for retired expacts. We are from Idaho USA and are so excited to experience the culture. But as of this date all we have are Airline reservations! Help!
