Moving to Salinas

Hi to the Salinas locals. I am moving to Salinas this coming Tuesday, and have a few questions. What is the recommended internet provider.? how do I order service? How do I get bottled water delivered? Where or how do I pay my utility bills? What are my options for mail delivery? How do I find someone to clean my home and clothing, and possibly cook for me? Where can I find a diving shop to rent tanks? Why is the beach opposite the bays deserted, and is it safe to swim or dive off of that long beach? Susan of The Ocean Hideaway, How do I tell a taxi to take me to your place? I have it on my list of places to check out. I am taking Spanish lessons, but I only know a handful of words. Trying to get answers to all of the questions I have with my inability to speak Spanish would not work. Any help, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
