Medical Insurance

High Down There
My wife and I were thinking about moving to Ecuador and we are trying to gather as much info as possible.I am going on 69 my wife is &# and both of us have health issues. We will no longer be covered by medical in surance and we are wondering about the cost of health insurance in Ecuador or do you get it through an international company. Since we will be living on a fixed income we were worried about cost.
We live in Phoenix and my wife would do anything to get out of the desert.
